The mother of all camera clubs. “PSA is a worldwide interactive organization for anyone interested in photography, be they casual, serious amateurs or professional photographers. Individual, Camera Club, Chapter and Council members are offered a wide variety of activities: a monthly magazine, photo and digital competitions, study groups via mail and the internet, how-to programs, an annual conference and a raft of other activities and services.”  
NW Council of Camera Clubs Umbrella organization for Northwest Camera Clubs. No individual memberships. Has links in their menu to other NW clubs’ websites.  
     
Edmonds Community College EdCC offers classes on Photography. “Senior Citizens may enroll at reduced tuition in regularly listed credit classes (except self-support classes) when space is available. The cost is $25 per course (two course limit), plus assessment, student union building and technology fees. Enrollment is limited to two courses per quarter. Students must be 60 years of age by the first day of the quarter, and qualify as a resident. Classes cannot be applied toward a degree, certificate, or salary schedule purposes.”Note: As a student you should qualify for low cost student versions of
popular software.
 
Sno-Isle Libraries Snohomish and Island county Libraries have hundreds of books on photography and photo editing software. Order any book from any Sno-Isle library on the internet and have it placed on reserve at your local library. You’ll need a library card.
