Monthly Meetings

• 2nd Monday – Digital Projection Night 7 PM to 9 PM. Members submit digital images for judging and commentary. Categories include Assignment, Open, Wildlife and Altered Reality. Details and rules can be found here. 
• 3rd Monday – Board Meeting 7 PM. Board meetings are open to all members. Meetings are usually conducted online via Zoom. If you are interested in attending, contact us for the link.
• 4th Monday – Print Night 7 PM to 9 PM. Members submit prints for judging and small group commentary. Categories include Assignment, Open, and Altered Reality. Divisions include Color and Monochrome. Details and rules can be found here.
• 5th Monday (if there is one) – Education Night 7 PM to 9 PM. We feature special topics or a speaker on subjects of photographic interest. This can include photographic techniques, post-processing, and detailed image analysis. Education meetings typically meet via Zoom.

Special Events

• The Holiday Banquet replaces Digital Projection Night on the 2nd Monday in December and is a time for sharing food and socializing. A white elephant gift exchange is a big part of the festivities. This is our only event in December.
• The Year End Meeting and Awards Banquet is held in June, alternating between the 2nd and 4th Mondays from year to year. In 2024, it will be held on June 10. We recognize and award members for outstanding images entered during the last year. We also present the Presidential Awards of Merit, the Ray Thorsteinson Memorial Award for best Photojournalism, the George Ferrara Mentor Award, and the Lucille Ainsworth Service Award for outstanding service to the club. New officers are also elected during this meeting. More details can be found here.
