It is the intent of the Puget Sound Camera Club to showcase member photographs in our newsletter and website. Those makers who do not wish their work to be reproduced must present the Digital or Print Director (or their authorized representative) a signed written statement which prohibits the Puget Sound Camera Club from displaying or reproducing their particular photographs. Club members may specify a specific photograph or a blanket provision for all submitted photographs. This is especially important if a photograph is copyrighted.

For any other use of the photograph (e.g. brochures, etc.) the Puget Sound Camera Club will seek specific authorization for its use from the maker.

All images submitted for competition shall originate as photographs by the entrant on photographic emulsion or as original files acquired digitally. By virtue of submitting an entry, the photographer certifies the complete work and all its elements are their own.
